RETURN/REFUND/WARRANTY POLICY

At LisaBerck we believe that your satisfaction is of utmost importance and we want you to be thrilled with your new handmade luxury product. We do not offer a return or exchange option because ALL products are handmade to order just for you... However, we stand behind our product quality so much so that we do offer a repair option that extends 6 months from the date of purchase. During the 6 month period we will pay for shipping both ways for any manufacturers defects. After 6 months we will still offer a repair option that will range from $0-$50 depending on the damage and it will be the owner of the product's responsibility to pay for shipping both ways.
